I make Pots of Delicioiusness, a delectable range of chilled, single-serve desserts presented in glass ramekins. My chocolate desserts include a classic bittersweet chocolate mousse, and a truly exotic and nuanced Venezuelan single origin milk choclate mocha pot. My selection of fruity desserts, brulees, panna cottas or luscious possets, is driven by the seaons, so look forward to our wonderful local raspberries in July and local Deamsons in October. I use nutty cream from Bartonsham Farm Dair in Hereford, free-range pasteurised eggs from Usk, and high cocoa coverture chocolates. Real slow food on the sweet side! |
